What Are You Saying YES to for the Next 94 Days?

September 27, 2022

Thank you, Putnam Arts Council. The Sounding was a rousing success! About a third of the folks already left before I remembered to take a picture. 😂

I canceled half of the in-person events I scheduled this year, due to rain, Covid, or zero enrollments.

And yet I get to keep showing up, no matter what. And so do you.

The touch-and-go nature of live events this year is deepening my relationship to surrender, embracing uncertainty, embracing disappointment, trusting in divinely-aligned timing, and saying YES to all of it.

What are you saying YES to, for the remaining 94 days of this year?

  • I’m saying YES to celebrating another revolution around the sun (yay, Libra season!).
  • I’m saying YES to singing in a limestone cave. (More about that in an upcoming newsletter.)
  • I’m saying YES to being unstoppable by letting go of fears of sharing “too much.”

Sometimes sharing offerings online can feel like shouting into the void, like I’m bombarding and overwhelming you all with 50 dozen posts.

But I’m learning in real time that my event announcements, sales blitzes, inspirational messages, and bursts of joy and quirkiness are connecting with exactly who they’re meant to. (And the unsubscribe button exists for those who need it. Everybody wins!)

Here is some feedback you’ve shared with me:

Keep that in mind the next time you’re tempted to hold back. You never know whose hearts your words may touch. There is soul medicine in your self-expression.

I’m here to help you tap into your unique magic. I’ve built a delicious menu of signature 1:1 programs for you to choose from, and I have slots open this fall. Close out your year powerfully. Step into new levels of confidence and creative fulfillment.

Book a Clarity Call to discuss which program is best for you right now.

My work serves holistic-oriented women committed to moving beyond fear and emotional stuckness to voice their truth, expressive arts enthusiasts whose souls are deeply nourished by community vocal rituals, spiritual eclectics who embrace wisdom from a wide variety of sources, or some combination of these.

Through structured group improvisation and vocal embodiment practices, I facilitate sound healing sessions, workshops, private vocal empowerment coaching, retreats, and concerts that “a-ha!” you to new levels of self-discovery, emotional freedom, joy and creative flow. I am a partner artist at Carnegie Hall’s Weill Music Institute as a core member of the vocal improvisation ensemble, Moving Star.
