Do You Say Sorry Way More Than Necessary?

February 22, 2022

Happy 2/22/22 Day! How is your journey going with tapping into the power of your soul’s expression, embodied in your voice? This is the power that creates the focused enthusiasm of your Yeses, the courage and clarity of your Nos, and strengthens your ability to only say Sorry when you mean it.

If you grew up in a household where you were conditioned to be a walking apology, to take up as little space as possible, to be rarely seen and never heard, to suppress, repress, oppress, depress, and never express your rich, wild creativity, then you may have grown to become one of many adults who reflexively says “sorry” at the merest hint of possibly maybe making another person the slightest bit uncomfortable.

Stepping into your power means allowing yourself to make others uncomfortable, allowing yourself to disappoint others, opening yourself up to disapproval, rejection and ridicule, and relieving yourself of the responsibility of managing other people’s perceptions of you.

Stepping into your power means making peace with being uncomfortable, embracing self-compassion when you inevitably disappoint yourself, and accepting the paradox of fully loving yourself exactly as you are and continuously evolving to optimize your potential.

If you’re ready to release the fears that have held you back from full self-expression in your relationships, work life, and creative endeavors, I’m here for you. If you’re ready to unlock and unleash the wholeness of your self-expression, heighten your presence in the world as an act of generosity (the more of you there is, the more of you there is to share!), tune in to the primal wisdom of your soul through your voice, and show up for your life unapologetically, sign up for a one-on-one, six session deep dive with me.

The cost is $555. Pay in full, or in two installments. Email me if you:
