Dear you,

I am grateful for you. I celebrate your voice, your creative expression, your open heart and profound mind, your commitment to your inner expansion. I am grateful for all your support through engaging with my words, courses, workshops and events throughout the year. I celebrate all the ways you’ve grown this year. I celebrate all that you’ve healed. I celebrate your serendipitous moments, your health, your blessings. I celebrate all the ways in which you’ve been a blessing to others. I celebrate all the ways in which you are a source of gratitude. I am grateful for your gifts, your contributions, your hearts and shares.

One of the biggest gifts I received this year was the time, space, and quietude to go deep inside and cultivate a more intimate relationship with myself: my essence, my purpose, my shadows, and the gifts embedded within them.

It took me a long time to recognize my light heart, dark humor, silliness, goofiness, and sense of wonder as superpowers. This dimension of my personality came out in full force during my most recent Insight Timer livestream, a talk and guided meditation welcoming 2022 (Join me on Insight Timer and follow my 7 day Chakra livestream series from January 9-15!). It felt so good to lead the participants through a journey of embracing the gifts of our past-selves while meeting our future-selves. Future-me is teaching present-me to embrace my inner goofball more in 2022.

What are you embracing? What are you celebrating?

Happy you year,

Onome

The goofiness in me honors the goofy in you.
